Vineyard
Our vineyards in Münster-Sarmsheim are hillside and steep slopes. The Nahe river influences the microclimate.
Selective harvest in several stages and gentle pressing of the grapes followed by six months of ageing on the fine lees.
Characteristics
The aroma shows ripe yellow fruits and a distinct mineral note. The fine fruity sweetness harmonises with the elegant acidity. A playful and complex wine supported by the mineral structure.
Food recommendation
A Riesling that goes well with dishes with a bit of spiciness, such as Piri Piri chicken or also typical Swabian Maultaschen with lightly fright onions.
