Despite its youth, the wine impresses with perfectly integrated, warm tannins and a good structure. A harmonious, balanced Pinot Noir that lingers on the palate with a round, smooth finish.
This wine goes wonderfully with roast saddle of venison on cranberry sauce, with pommes macaire and vegetables.
