Pinot Blanc 2023
The current vintage of this Pinot Blanc delights with ripe fruit flavours and floral nuances, which are subtly accompanied by delicate vanilla notes from the large wooden barrel.

The single vineyard Bingerbrücker Römerberg is a special site that is almost exclusively owned by the Pieroth winery. The view of the Nahe estuary is just as impressive as the terroir of the vineyard. The soils are made up of sandy loam, loess and quartzite with great mineral hardness. The heat-retaining soil and the special microclimate with its proximity to the Nahe and Rhine rivers ensure optimal conditions.
The long maturation period of 10 months on the fine lees – partly in traditional barrels and partly in steel tanks – led to the development of a variety of flavours and the complexity of the wine.

Fresh pineapple and ripe quince lend the wine a pleasant fruity flavour, while its creamy texture and balanced structure exude a special elegance. Mineral accents and a solid backbone emphasise the complexity of this Pinot Blanc, which also has considerable ageing potential.
This Pinot Blanc harmonises perfectly with veal dishes such as vitello tonnato and ragout fin.
