Our vineyards in Münster-Sarmsheim are on slopes and steep slopes. The Nahe influences the microclimate.
The grapes are harvested selectively in several stages and gently pressed, followed by six months of ageing on the fine lees.
Fruity notes of ripe banana and fresh lemon, complemented by nutty nuances characterise the aroma. A wine that impresses with its delicate structure and elegant character and delights with its drinkable nature.
The wine goes wonderfully with a mushroom risotto with parmesan, but also with a simple mixed salad with nuts.
