Selective harvesting in several harvesting rounds and a gentle pressing followed by six months of storage.
CHARACTERISTIC
Fine primary aromas of elderflower, apple, and grapefruit in the bouquet and on the palate. A typical Pinot Blanc that convinces with its very successful combination of fine fruity aromas and harmonious acidity.
FOOD RECOMMENDATION
A suitable wine for fish and veal dishes, tastes wonderful with Vitello Tonnato.
