The Riesling Réserve was produced using traditional bottle fermentation with a long maturation on the lees, following fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks. The base of the carefully balanced dosage of this Brut sparkling wine is the Pieroth Grosse Gewächs Riesling from the 2021 vintage.

The Riesling Réserve displays fruity notes of apple and bergamot, complemented by subtle herbal aromas and a hint of brioche. A sparkling wine with plenty of body and backbone, it delights with its fresh acidic kick and lively effervescence.

An excellent aperitif that also pairs wonderfully with fish and poultry dishes as a food companion.
