After fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks, the sparkling wine was produced using traditional bottle fermentation with a long maturation on the lees. The base of the carefully balanced dosage of this Brut sparkling wine is the Pieroth Grosse Gewächs Pinot Blanc from the 2021 vintage.

The Pinot Réserve displays delicate fruity notes of quince and golden kiwi fruit. The delicate effervescence is captivating, and the elegant integrated acidity harmonizes perfectly with the creamy texture of this Brut sparkling wine.
