BURG LAYER RIESLING
SITE AND VINIFICATION
The Burg Layer vineyards in the immediate vicinity of the parent company are characterised by the great diversity of soils that is so special to the Nahe region.
The grapes are selectively harvested in several stages and gently pressed, followed by six months of ageing on the fine lees.
CHARACTERISTIC
This Riesling impresses with its balanced fruitiness and harmonious structure. Flavours of dried apricot and subtle apple notes give it a special depth. With its elegant body and pleasant drinking flow, it is a classic Riesling that can be enjoyed on many occasions.
FOOD PAIRING
Goes wonderfully with lemon chicken or a vegetable quiche.
