BINGERBRÜCKER RIESLING
VINEYARD AND VINICULTURE
The Bingerbrück vineyards have a special microclimate, which is characterized by the proximity to the Rhine and the Nahe.
Selective harvesting in several picking passes and a gentle pressing of the grapes with temperature-controlled fermentation results in particularly fruity notes. Subsequent six months long storage.
CHARACTERISTIC
The wine impresses with a fruity aroma showing fresh notes of green apple as well as riper notes of passion fruit and peach. A great balance between acidity and subtle sweetness creates an easy-drinking wine.
FOOD RECOMMENDATION
The fruit and light acidity of the wine go perfectly with original Zürcher Geschnetzeltes.
