The Bingerbrück vineyards have a special microclimate, which is characterised by their proximity to the Rhine and the Nahe.
Selective harvesting in several harvesting rounds and a gentle pressing followed by six months of storage on the fine yeast.
CHARACTERISTIC
A fine fruity aroma with nuances of pear, a hint of banana and a delicate wood note. A wine with a strong structure, mouthfeel and a great finish.
FOOD RECOMMENDATION
Goes perfectly with vitello tonnato or a veal back steak with morel cream sauce.
