BINGERBRÜCKER RIESLING
VINEYARD AND VINICULTURE
The Bingerbrück vineyards have a special microclimate, which is characterized by the proximity to the Rhine and the Nahe.
Selective harvesting in several picking passes and a gentle pressing of the grapes with temperature-controlled fermentation results in particularly fruity notes. Subsequent six months long storage.
CHARACTERISTIC
Elegant fruit aromas combined with herbal notes complement each other wonderfully. A delicate, finely fruity wine with a successful harmony of sweetness and the typical acidity of Riesling.
FOOD RECOMMENDATION
A nice wine to accompany an aperitif with nuts and savory pastries on the terrace on a warm day, or even a zabaglione for dessert.
