Pinot Blanc 2021
Already a pleasure to savour, the wine offers potential for the next ten years.

Bingerbrücker Römerberg – the view of the Nahe estuary is just as impressive as the terroir of the vineyard. On a total of 6.83 hectares, the heat-retaining soil provides optimal conditions. North-west facing vineyard at an altitude of 150 to 185 metres with a slope of 5 to 40%.
The quality of the Pinot Blanc grapes was outstanding in the 2021 vintage. The old vines coped well with the drought and heat and developed perfectly ripe grapes. After spontaneous fermentation – i.e. the fermentation process took place without the addition of pure yeasts – in large barrels, the wine matured for ten months on the fine lees in oak barrels and a further six months in the bottle.
This wine presents a complex and harmonious range of flavours. Fruity notes of physalis and dried apricot, a hint of honey and slightly smoky notes provide an additional dimension that makes the wine particularly exciting. On the palate, the wine is creamy and velvety with an elegant fullness. Already a pleasure to savour, the wine offers potential for the next ten years.
Goes perfectly with poultry, fish and seafood dishes, such as prawns in garlic-lemon butter or chicken breast with apricot-balsamic sauce.
