The Bingerbrück vineyards have a special microclimate, which is characterised by the proximity to the Rhine and the Nahe.
Selective harvesting in several harvesting rounds and gentle pressing followed by six months of ageing on the fine lees.
The wine impresses with a fruity aroma showing fresh notes of green apple as well as riper notes of passionfruit and peach. A great balance between acidity and subtle sweetness creates an easy drinking wine.
The fruit and light acidity of the wine go perfectly with original Zürcher Geschnetzeltes.
