Vineyard
The Bingerbrück vineyards have a special microclimate, which is characterised by the proximity to the Rhine and the Nahe.
Selective harvesting in several harvesting rounds and gentle pressing followed by six months of ageing on the fine lees.
Characteristics
The Pinot Gris shows vegetal notes paired along with aromas of jasmine and of gooseberry and lychee. A fruity wine that convinces with its young, fresh character.
Food recommendation
We really liked the combination with Ramen – the Japanese noodle soup.
