Our vineyards in Münster-Sarmsheim are hillside and steep slopes. The Nahe River influences the microclimate.
Selective harvesting in several harvesting rounds and a gentle pressing followed by six months of storage on the fine yeast.
CHARACTERISTIC
A fresh and floral aroma with spicy notes. Delicate salmon-coloured shine in the glass; a Pinot Gris with a great mouthfeel, very harmonious and full-bodied.
FOOD RECOMMENDATION
A wonderful combination with spaghetti alle vongole or a pasta with gorgonzola.
