The long aging of 10 months on the fine lees – partly in traditional piece barrels and in steel tanks – led to the expression of a variety of aromas and the complexity of the wine. The aroma of ripe peach, so typical of Riesling, is easy to detect. Citrus notes and an elegant minerality also characterize the aroma. The acidity has a refreshing effect and rounds off the impression of a very classic Riesling.
