The Dorsheim vineyards are our sites with the steepest slopes. The south-facing orientation means a high level of sunlight.
Selective harvesting in several harvesting rounds and gentle pressing of the grapes followed by six months of storage on the fine lees.
Characteristic
This wine takes the senses on an exquisite taste journey. The fruity aroma of apricot and green apple is complemented by subtle notes of flint. This fascinating composition is complemented by a wonderfully balanced sweetness-acidity play. An expressive and harmonious wine, which at the same time knows how to score points with its elegance.
Food Pairing
We can recommend the combination with Asian dishes such as prawns with mango chutney or a spicy Thai curry.
