If you provide us with personal information in order to request a wine tasting, an order, an application, a general enquiry, or if we provide your personal data from companies with which you have contacted or from publicly available sources we use them as intended on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and give them as far as necessary for processing – to the human resources department, our affiliated wine companies or commissioned service companies.
In addition, Weingut Pieroth GmbH, as well as the contracted service companies, use your address – and with your separate consent also your telephone number and e-mail address – for the selection process and for information about other products from our house.

Like many other companies, Weingut Pieroth GmbH carries out a credit check. Retention Period

The data sent by us and linked to cookies are automatically deleted after 2 months. The maximum life span of Google Analytics cookies is 2 years. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month.

The object of the company is the viticulture, the production of sparkling wine and brandy, as well as the processing and trade of such and other beverages. It also covers participation in other undertakings, the management, control and coordination of investment companies, the provision of services, in particular for the participating companies.
