Selective harvesting in several harvesting rounds and a gentle pressing followed by six months of storage.
CHARACTERISTIC
A fine fruity aroma with nuances of pear, a hint of banana and a delicate wood note. A wine with a strong structure, much melting and a great finish.
FOOD RECOMMENDATION
Goes perfectly with vitello tonnato or a veal back steak with morel cream sauce.
