The Bingerbrück vineyards have a special microclimate, which is characterised by their proximity to the Rhine and the Nahe.

Selective harvesting in several harvesting rounds and a gentle pressing followed by six months of storage on the fine yeast.

CHARACTERISTIC

The aroma shows notes of pear and bergamot as well as a hint of grapefruit. A delicate, fruity Pinot Gris.

FOOD RECOMMENDATION

A great accompaniment to a quiche or Alsatian choucroute garni.
